Appointments canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any charges. If you paid online, we will refund your money. If a refund is issued, a refund processing fee may be deducted depending on the payment method used.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made during business hours via a phone call and confirmed by a staff member. Cancellations via text, voicemail, or email will not be accepted if there is no confirmation from staff memeber.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a $25 cancellation fee per pet.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $15 late fee per pet will apply, and your appointment may be canceled. If our schedule allows, we may still accommodate your pet, but this will be at the groomer’s discretion.
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a $35 no-show fee.
After three consecutive cancellations or no-shows, you will be restricted from booking further appointments online. Future appointments must be scheduled by phone and will require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required before the appointment. If this is not provided and we are unable to proceed with the service, your deposit will be forfeited.
